Product Overview

The JF-75A represents the next generation of intelligent compressed air systems. Equipped with a PLC controller featuring a 7-inch color touchscreen, 4G/WiFi connectivity, and cloud-based remote monitoring, this 55kw/75HP direct driven screw air compressor enables real-time performance tracking from anywhere in the world via smartphone app or web browser.

PLC Intelligent Controller: 7-inch HMI touchscreen with intuitive multi-language interface. Real-time display of pressure, temperature, flow rate, running hours, power consumption, and service intervals.
Cloud Remote Monitoring: Built-in 4G/WiFi module connects to the cloud platform. View compressor status, performance trends, and energy reports from your smartphone or PC anywhere with internet access.
Real-Time Alerts: Instant push notifications and SMS alerts for fault conditions, service reminders, abnormal temperature, or pressure deviations. Proactive maintenance reduces unplanned downtime.
